I’m not sure why I gave such a limited review of this previously. It’s wonderful. Little head, but a very earthy, hoppy Belgian style. Fruity, lots of peach and banana. Hazy, golden, and very delicious. I would rate it as very malty and very hoppy, well balanced, and well crafted. Delicious. Photos forthcoming.

Sweet bread, hint of banana and clove. Mild fizz nice dry finish. Big personality yet humbly easy to pair with anything from cheese to chocolate to fruit cobbler.
