Deep brown body with a tan head with nice lace. Aroma is caramel, sugar, and cocoa. Taste is super sweet with long warm finish, caramel throughout. Delicious. Had at pizzeria uno, hamilton, nj on tap.

Aroma: So nice, cocoa, chocolate, milk chocolate, sourness, cream, caramel, alcohol.
Visuals: beautiful packaging, as usual, utter darkness, like a night in the deep woods, black, opaque, nice tan head, strong lace.
Taste: Well balanced, syrupy chocolate, tight bitter finish, warming, strong, delicious.
Palate: High quality, smooth texture, warm, bitter finish.
Overall: dessert in a bottle. I’d have it again in a heartbeat. Likely my favorite chocolate imperial stout. It turns it to 11. Nicely done once again by Southern Tier.

Palate: high quality, chalky texture, long medium bitter finish. 5 out of 5.
Overall: A beautiful example of what an everyday or session brew should be, an absolute repeat, not a favorite, but it’s not my favorite style either, high value, high craft. This is what Budweiser Ale should strive hard to be. 20 out of 20.
