A crisp, dry and increasingly bitter brew. Very well done version of the style, with a lot of character and depth, surprising for such a light refreshing brew.

A slightly hoppy, somewhat sour brew with a longer delicious finish of maple, smoke, and nice bitterness.

Aroma: very nice, standard IPA aroma, hops, citrus, and a bit of funk. 9 out of 10.
Visuals: brilliant, clear golden copper. thin white head, long lacing. 5 out of 5.
Taste: lagerish beginning, hoppy, bitter, well crafted. 8 out of 10.
Palate: long bitter finish, rough texture. 5 out of 5.
Overall: Like many other great IPAs, but dark in nature, and a beautifully deep finish. I’d love to have it again, and it was very well crafted. 18 out of 20.
